Event organizers who list events on WhereToRow agree to:

- Keep event information up to date

- Honor registration commitments and refund policies
- Obtain necessary permissions and licenses for events
We reserve the right to remove any event listing that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable in our sole discretion.
Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Service.
Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Sports Stats Ltd and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Payments
WhereToRow offers free event listings. Optional premium features may be available for a fee. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for any fees you incur.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
